Day Out With Thomas™ provides the opportunity for children and their families to take a 20 minute ride on Thomas the Tank Engine™ and to meet Sir Topham Hatt™, the Controller of the Railway. Fun for the whole family includes a Thomas & Friends Imagination Station with Thomas-themed activities including stamps, temporary tatoos, hands-on arts and crafts, and a Thomas storytelling and video viewing area. There will be mini golf, mini rail rides, a bouncy castle, live entertainment and a large Thomas retail area.

Ticket prices are as follows:
For departures at 11:30am, 1:00pm and 2:00pm - $29.00
For departures at 9:30am, 10:30am, 3:00pm and 4:00pm - $25.00
All tickets are subject to service fees and 5% GST.

Please plan your arrival times accordingly. You should arrive no later than one hour before your scheduled train departure. Trains begin boarding 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

Rain or shine. No refunds or exchanges allowed. All children 2 and over require a ticket. Appropriate footwear is required: No flip flops, high heels or bare feet!

No smoking permitted except in a designated fenced outdoor area.

There is limited (wheelchair) accessible seating available. Please contact 604-898-9336 or 1-800-722-1233 or thomas@wcra.org prior to booking your ticket to ensure there is room available.

No pets allowed on site with the exception of special assistance guide dogs.

The only tour of its kind! This unique fully-escorted 12 day tour begins with a 5 day train journey from Vancouver through the Rockies to Jasper, Prince George, and Prince Rupert, followed by a daytime ferry to Skidegate, and 4 days/5 nights in Haida Gwaii exploring  artisans, quaint villages, museums, remote beaches and rainforests.

Due to the remote location, large buses cannot access some roads, so a small bus is required, therefore only 15 guests are allowed on this tour.
 
Tour includes: All taxes, VIARail accommodations, hotels, tour guide, museum admissions, transportation, return flight from Massett to Vancouver.
